COVID-19 has ushered in an unprecedented impact on economic and operation norms. The effects on QA teams are no exception.

QA teams are facing challenges ranging from team collaboration and communication to limited access to previously available resources, such as devices. 

Kobiton conducted a survey to learn how mobile QA teams adapted to these new challenges. Over a third of respondents indicated that they will not accept lower quality or delays to the release cycles as a result of the pandemic, requiring QA teams to shift budget spend to meet these requirements.
